6 (6-oz) boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 Tbsp olive oil
¾ cup heavy cream
½ cup light Caesar dressing
Pound chicken to an even thickness in a zip-top plastic bag using the heel of your hand or a meat mallet. Sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper, if desired.
Cook chicken, in batches if necessary, in hot oil 5 to 6 minutes per side or until done. Add cream and dressing; cook 4 minutes or until sauce is thickened.
